You can recover from mental illness, along with substance abuse. Without help, these two no-fault illnesses interact to make each other worse. Working on just one didn't solve our problems. Maybe it's not solving yours. In DRA (Dual Recovery Anonymous), we're non-judgmental and very accepting of differences.
