This is a great group for anyone with bipolar disorder at any stage of their recovery. The group is very dynamic with people from all walks of life. Peer support provides a lot of love to help mend the wounds of our emotional experiences. These emotional cuts can be quite deep and are soothed by the touch of other's with the same experiences.
